SAGARA Technology in Jakarta is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, monitor sprint progress, and support team communication across stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to identify and remove impediments, prepare sprint reports and charts, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-ups.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, monitor sprint progress, and help the team maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to identify and remove impediments, track sprint performance, and drive continuous improvement through retrospective sessions and actionable follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective sprint execution and team collaboration.
• Monitor sprint progress, track team performance, and support the achievement of sprint goals.
• Identify and address impediments that may affect project delivery and team productivity.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project priorities.
• Prepare sprint reports, velocity reports, and burndown charts to evaluate sprint performance.
• Facilitate retrospective sessions and monitor improvement action items.
• Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Track sprint progress and ensure deliverables align with agreed sprint goals.
• Identify blockers and coordinate solutions with relevant team members.
• Support communication and coordination between the development team and stakeholders.
• Monitor sprint metrics and prepare progress reports for project evaluation.
• Document retrospective outcomes and follow up on agreed improvement actions.
