Job summary

Deptechdigital in Jakarta seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across digital channel projects. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira/ClickUp/Trello. Banking/FS exposure and SQL basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar PM tools.
• Experience in Digital Channel and Digital Business projects; Banking/FS exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify, remove, and resolve impediments that impact the team's progress.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and regular feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and the Product Owner.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality products on time, including deployment and releases.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum frameworks and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to prioritize the backlog and new requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure project documentation and testing activities (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Compatibility, Penetration).

Job description

• Faciliate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Spring Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Identify, remove, and resolve impediments that may impact the team's progress.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and regular feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and the Product Owner.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality products and services on time, including deployment and release activities.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum frameworks and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams (Developers, QA Engineers, Team Leads, etc.) to prioritize the product backlog and new requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure complete project documentation, as well as support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Compatibility Testing, and Penetration Testing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in working with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Experience in Digital Channel and Digital Business projects.
• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry and a basic understanding of programming concepts and SQL queries is a plus.
