Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective sprint execution and team collaboration.
• Monitor sprint progress, track team performance, and support sprint goals.
• Identify blockers and coordinate solutions with team members.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities.
• Prepare sprint reports, velocity reports, and burndown charts.
• Facilitate retrospectives and follow up on action items.
• Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
