Rge mencari SCM Officer untuk mengelola administrasi penjualan domestik, berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, serta memastikan kelancaran distribusi produk oleokimia di Indonesia. Posisi ini berangkat dari fokus pada efisiensi operasional dan kepatuhan regulasi lokal.

Posisi ini full-time berbasis di Indonesia, dengan tanggung jawab utama menjaga alur supply chain dari pesanan hingga pengiriman serta pelaporan berkala kepada atasan terkait kinerja logistik.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Eksekusi administrasi penjualan domestik untuk 30+ akun secara end-to-end, memastikan pengiriman produk oleokimia tepat waktu setiap tahun.
• Operational Liaison: Menjadi kontak utama bagi pelanggan domestik untuk memperlancar komunikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah pengiriman atau dokumen dengan efisien.
• Logistics Coordination: Bekerjasama dengan tim MRD dan SDO EXIM serta pihak transportasi pihak ketiga untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi di dalam negeri dan pergerakan gudang.
• Compliance & Reporting: Memastikan semua dokumen perdagangan domestik sesuai peraturan Indonesia dan menyediakan laporan volume penjualan serta pemenuhan kepada Kepala Tim secara berkala.
• Process Improvement: Mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan alur kerja yang meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan meminimalkan lead time untuk pengiriman lokal.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Execute end-to-end domestic sales administration for 30+ accounts, ensuring the timely delivery of oleochemical products annually.
• Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for domestic customers to streamline communication and resolve delivery or documentation issues efficiently.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the MRD and SDO EXIM team and third-party transporters to optimize inland distribution and warehouse movement.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all domestic trade documents comply with Indonesian regulations and provide regular sales volume and fulfillment reports to the Team Head.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflows that enhance operational efficiency and minimize lead times for local shipments.
