Job summary

RGE di Indonesia membuka lowongan Field Operator, Fiberline, Pulp. Anda akan bertanggung jawab menjalankan proses produksi secara manual dan mengoperasikan mesin serta peralatan produksi sesuai instruksi.

Kandidat memiliki ijazah sekolah dasar, pengalaman kerja di bidang serupa, dan bersedia pindah ke lokasi kerja. Peran ini menuntut menjaga catatan produksi harian, memantau kualitas keluaran, dan mematuhi prosedur serta standar mutu.

Qualifications

• Ijazah sekolah dasar diperlukan.
• Pengalaman kerja di posisi serupa akan menjadi nilai tambah.
• Bersedia pindah lokasi kerja.

Responsibilities

• Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan produksi secara aman sesuai instruksi.
• Memantau kualitas output untuk mengidentifikasi produk cacat, dibuang, atau didaur ulang.
• Memelihara catatan produksi harian secara akurat agar kinerja manufaktur bisa dianalisis.
• Mengikuti prosedur dan pedoman untuk menghasilkan produk sesuai spesifikasi produksi, jadwal, biaya, limbah, serta standar kualitas.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute manual tasks that form part of a production process.

• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization’s products according to production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
