Responsibilities

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate sea freight shipments and vessel chartering.
• Prepare shipping documents in line with LC and instructions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments.
• Filing, scheduling, and liaising with shipping lines and banks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate sea freight shipments and transport arrangement.
• Chartering of vessels.
• Book service with co-loaders for import / export and trans-shipment.
• Prepare billings.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement.
• Prepare relevant shipping documents and ensure all documents are accurate and in accordance to Letter of Credit and shipping instructions.
• Monitor and follow-up on shipment schedule and delivery of goods.
• Filing and updating of schedules.
• Liaise with shipping lines, bank and internal staff on documents processing.
• Submit exports and imports containers details.
• Comply with port regulations and facilitate commercial trade transactions, as well as update import permits.
