Job summary

• Strong procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution knowledge.
• Proficient in SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

This role is crucial in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials and products across our extensive business units. **Job Responsibilities:** \\* Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's business objectives. \\* Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. \\* Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and ensure consistent quality and service. \\* Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. \\* Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. \\* Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. \\* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards. \\* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. \\* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations and report on performance to senior management. \\* Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and market fluctuations. **Job Qualifications:** \\* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. \\* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the agricultural, feed, or food processing industry. \\* Proven track record of successfully optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. \\* Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution principles. \\* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. \\* Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). \\* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \\* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \\* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. \\* Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
