Job summary

Cikal is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all services related to the school’s facilities. The role ensures efficient administrative practices in daily operations and supports strategic planning across logistics, procurement, inventory, building maintenance.

You will forecast expenses for each division, manage IT infrastructure and asset management as needed, and stay flexible with hours to keep the school running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field (architecture, civil engineering, management, etc.)
• Min. 3 years hands-on experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in General Affair areas (Operations, Building/Asset Management, IT Infrastructure, Procurement, etc.)
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all services related to the school’s facilities.
• Provide for efficient administrative practices in the daily operation of the school’s facilities.
• Strategic planning covering logistics, procurement, inventory, building equipment and maintenance.
• Forecast expenses for each division.
