Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia seeks an Assistant Manager to drive SAP‑enabled project management transformation. The role ensures disciplined planning, milestone tracking, and delivery governance across all workstreams, maintaining timelines and escalating risks as needed.

You will coordinate with IT, business teams, and partners to minimize delays, manage dependencies, and deliver transformation objectives in a dynamic environment. 12‑month contract in BSD, South Tangerang.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4–5 years of experience, including 2–3 years in project or transformation roles.
Exposure to SAP/enterprise transformation, PMO/governance, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong experience in managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Familiar with MS Project, Jira, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Enforce structured planning, milestone tracking, and SAP governance to ensure on‑time delivery of transformation milestones.
Coordinate execution across SAP project workstreams and stakeholders to prevent delays.
Monitor task progress and follow‑ups with key users to ensure timely completion and mitigate risks.
Identify issues early and escalate risks with remediation plans to support timely decisions.
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and implementation partners to minimize misalignment and inefficiencies.
Balance multiple priorities and adapt execution focus as conditions evolve to keep objectives achievable.
