Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP Finance Transformation specialist to drive end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations, translating business needs into system-ready solutions and coordinating across Finance, IT, and implementation partners.

You will lead testing (UAT), data migration and reconciliation, and reporting validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness, while managing risks and driving continuous improvements; willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/IS or related field.
• Master’s degree or SAP FI/CO certification is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of experience, incl. 2–3 years in project roles (SAP projects).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and partners to align and execute across workstreams.
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT, defect tracking, and validation.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting validation for accuracy.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies with structured reporting.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for ongoing improvements post-implementation.
