Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia seeks an Assistant Manager – SAP Supply Chain Transformation to lead SAP transformation initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and partners to align business requirements with system solutions and manage UAT and data migration. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in SAP transformations, with strong stakeholder management skills; willingness to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience with 2–3 years in transformation roles.
• Strong SAP knowledge: MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM; S/4HANA exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving structured execution of SAP SC transformation activities and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and partners to align requirements with solutions.
• Monitor progress, follow up with key users, and enforce accountability.
• Manage UAT, defect resolution, and business validation for go-live stability.
• Identify risks early and escalate with mitigation plans.
• Handle multiple priorities and adapt as project conditions evolve.

The Assistant Manager – SAP Supply Chain Transformation is expected to ensure the successful and timely delivery of SAP Supply Chain transformation initiatives by driving disciplined project execution, enforcing accountability across key users, and ensuring strong alignment between business requirements and system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Driving structured execution of SAP Supply Chain transformation activities, this role ensures on‑time delivery of all project milestones to safeguard business continuity and transformation timelines.
• Closely coordinating with Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners, this role ensures aligned execution across workstreams to minimize misalignment and implementation risks.
• Proactively monitoring task progress and rigorously following up with key users on delayed deliverables, the position enforces accountability and timely execution to prevent delays impacting critical project deadlines.
• Managing UAT activities, defect resolution, and business validation, this role ensures SAP Supply Chain solutions meet operational and business requirements to enable a stable go‑live and post‑implementation performance.
• Identifying execution risks early and escalating issues with clear mitigation plans, this role maintains project control and visibility to enable timely management decisions.
• Managing multiple priorities and adapting execution focus as project conditions evolve, the position provides reliable project support to ensure transformation objectives remain achievable in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain) are an advantage.

Experiences

Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in project-based or transformation roles, preferably involving:

• SAP Supply Chain implementation, rollout, or transformation programs
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners
• Exposure to UAT, data migration, process harmonization, and change management in SAP projects

SAP & Supply Chain Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM); S/4HANA exposure preferred
• Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, integration points, and operational impacts

Tools & Technology:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with project documentation, issue tracking, and reporting
• Familiarity with collaboration and project tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, JIRA)

Languages:

• English: Professional working proficiency (written and verbal)
• Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent or native
• Strong project execution and delivery focus
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations and system dependencies
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP process and system solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and assertive follow‑up skills
