Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia seeks an Assistant Manager – SAP Supply Chain Transformation to lead SAP transformation initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and partners to align business requirements with system solutions and manage UAT and data migration. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in SAP transformations, with strong stakeholder management skills; willingness to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience with 2–3 years in transformation roles.
Strong SAP knowledge: MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM; S/4HANA exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Driving structured execution of SAP SC transformation activities and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and partners to align requirements with solutions.
Monitor progress, follow up with key users, and enforce accountability.
Manage UAT, defect resolution, and business validation for go-live stability.
Identify risks early and escalate with mitigation plans.
Handle multiple priorities and adapt as project conditions evolve.
