Job summary

PT Softex Indonesia seeks an Assistant Manager – SAP Supply Chain Transformation to drive structured execution, ensuring on-time milestones and alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and partners, monitor progress, and manage UAT and issue resolution to enable a stable go-live.

This role demands accountability, multi-stream handling, and resilience with placement in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and SAP certifications are preferred.
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain modules and transformation programs required.
• Strong coordination with business, IT and partners is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive structured execution of SAP Supply Chain transformation activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners to align workstreams.
• Monitor progress and follow up with key users on deliverables to prevent delays.
• Manage UAT, defect resolution, and business validation for go-live readiness.
• Identify risks early and escalate with mitigation plans to maintain project control.
• Support multiple priorities and adapt focus as project conditions evolve.
