Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central. You will gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure seamless integrations with HR systems while working closely with clients and teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SF EC, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into system

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting environment.
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Good understanding of core HR processes: Employee Data, Organizational Management, Position Management, Workflows, Time Management.
• Experience configuring Business Rules, Workflows, RBPs, and EC objects.
• Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation or 2+ support projects.
• Willing to work in a client-facing consulting environment and travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Configure and support Employee Central (EC) and related SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure business rules, workflows, permissions, and other system components.
• Support integration between SuccessFactors and other HR or third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, custom developments, and reports.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and project deliverables.
• Support data migration and validation activities where required.
• Plus point if you have experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Onboarding.
