Abstract Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant for an on-site role in Jakarta. The consultant will contribute to a major HR transformation, covering design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

You will work across payroll processes, Time Management, and integration activities, engaging with stakeholders and project teams for a successful rollout. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Competenze

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and implementation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP in full lifecycle projects.
• Strong background in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management integration.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Start Date: Immediate

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join a major HR transformation programme based onsite in Jakarta.

The successful consultant will play a key role in a new SuccessFactors ECP implementation, supporting the project through the full lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, build and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Support a full lifecycle implementation from requirements gathering through to go-live
• Configure and optimise ECP solutions to meet business requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and key users
• Support testing, training and post-go-live activities
• Provide expertise around payroll processes, controls and best practices
• Contribute to Time Management design and integration activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
• Extensive configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors ECP
• Strong background in SAP HCM Payroll
• Good experience with Time Management, either within SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Experience working on new implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
