Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking experienced SAP HCM professionals to join our SAP practice. This role focuses on delivering SAP HCM functionality across PA, OM, TM, payroll, and HR processes, partnering with HR, payroll, and finance stakeholders to design and optimize SAP HCM solutions.

You will lead or support end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, support data migration, testing, cutover, and post go-live stabilization, and collaborate with SuccessFactors and FI/CO teams to deliver integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of SAP HCM or related consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP HCM modules such as PA/OM/TM or Payroll.
• Experience with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, S/4HANA transformation programs, rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and application support engagements.
• Gather and translate HR business requirements into SAP HCM process designs, functional specifications, and system configurations.
• Configure and support SAP HCM capabilities across PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and related HR processes.
• Support payroll processes including payroll configuration, schemas and rules, wage types, payroll processing, posting to Finance, reconciliation, and statutory requirements.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process workshops with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, FI/CO, technical development, integration, security, and data teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support data migration, system and integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, payroll parallel runs, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
