Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead HR system initiatives in a large enterprise setting. You will analyze requirements, configure and optimize Employee Central, and ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications.

Strong communication with HR, IT, and business users is essential. The role covers end-to-end SF projects, including data migration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and enterprise HR systems.
• Experience working with large-scale organizations or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Good communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with HR, IT, business users, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate HR processes into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, customization, and enhancement.
• Manage Employee Central configuration, including employee master data, organizational structure, job information, workflows, and business rules.
• Configure and maintain MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, and Role-Based Permissions.
• Manage integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP CPI/API.
• Handle employee data migration, mapping, validation, and synchronization.
• Conduct functional testing, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to HR administrators and end users.
