Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Jakarta is seeking an SAP HCM expert to enhance business workflows and data integrity. The role involves collaboration to implement and support Hire to Retire systems, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and delivering comprehensive business solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Computer Science, or IT and possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in SAP HCM. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with experience in SuccessFactors as a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Experience with one or more full Life-Cycle Implementations of SAP HCM.
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to implement and support customer Hire to Retire systems.
- Resolve system-related issues affecting user experience.
- Design workflow processes for improved technology value.
- Support live systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Deliver business systems solutions through end-to-end project execution.
- Analyze business processes and prepare functional specifications.
