Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Analyst to provide functional support, configuration, and minor-change delivery for MM across Indonesia. The role partners with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams and coordinates with ABAP, BASIS, and 3P AMS partners.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in SAP MM, strong configuration knowledge, and familiarity with FI/CO and S/4HANA procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience, with at least one full implementation or rollout cycle.
• Strong configuration knowledge across Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Master Data, MRP, and Release Strategy.
• Knowledge of MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and PM is required.
• Exposure to S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Business Partner concepts is preferred.
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM transport governance and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and working-level English for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP MM across CASS-served entities in Indonesia.
• Lead minor changes, unit testing, and integration testing for MM processes.
• Gather requirements, prepare functional specs, and coordinate with ABAP for development.
• Lead UAT cycles with procurement and warehouse users; prepare end-user documentation and training.
• Manage transports and ensure transport governance through QA/PRD.
• Ensure MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and PM modules and contribute to S/4HANA readiness.

Job Purposes

The SAP Functional MM Senior Analyst is a senior individual contributor providing functional support, configuration, and minor-change delivery for SAP Materials Management across CASS-served entities in Indonesia. The role partners with Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse process owners (P2P) and coordinates with ABAP, BASIS, and 3P AMS partners.

Key Responsibilities Include

Functional Support & Configuration:

• Resolve incidents and service requests across MM sub-areas — Purchasing, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, MRP, Release Strategy, and basic WM/IM.
• Perform configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for minor changes and enhancements.

Change & Project Delivery

• Gather requirements, perform impact assessment, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP for development.
• Lead UAT cycles with Procurement and Warehouse key users; prepare end-user documentation and training.
• Manage transports and follow transport governance to QA/PRD.

Integration & S/4HANA Readiness

• Ensure MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and PM modules is consistent (movement types, account determination, valuation).
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement readiness, including simplification items and Business Partner adoption.
• Coordinate / oversee Kyndryl, T-Systems, and other 3P AMS partners on assigned tickets and changes.
• Engage Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse process owners on priorities and roadmaps.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience, with at least one full implementation or rollout cycle.
• Strong configuration knowledge across Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Master Data, MRP, and Release Strategy.
• Working knowledge of MM integration with FI/CO (account determination, valuation), SD, PP, and PM.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (Business Partner, MIGO/MIRO simplification, Fiori) is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM transport governance and ITIL incident/change processes.
• Petrochemical, manufacturing, or process-industry experience is an advantage.
• Relevant SAP certifications (S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Activate) are a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
