Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri (AMARTEK) sedang mencari Profesional IT untuk mengelola kebijakan TI, tata kelola, dan kepatuhan. Posisi ini berfokus pada penyusunan dokumentasi, evaluasi risiko, serta dukungan audit TI secara komplit di lingkungan kerja on-site di Jakarta Pusat.

Aktivitas utama meliputi perumusan kebijakan, evaluasi kontrol, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan alignmen dengan standar COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, dan ITIL.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang TI terkait.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di proyek TI sebagai Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Manager, QA, Technical Writer, IT Governance, atau policy/procedure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update IT policies, procedures, guidelines, dan dokumentasi teknis.
• Dukung implementasi IT Governance dan IT General Control (ITGC), termasuk User Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations, dan Backup & Recovery.
• Dokumentasikan proses bisnis, identifikasi risiko dan kontrol, serta siapkan matriks kontrol.
• Dukung aktivitas audit IT dan kepatuhan dengan menyiapkan dokumentasi pendukung dan bukti audit.
• Bantu penilaian risiko IT, penilaian kematangan IT, dan pemantauan KRIs.
• Siapkan laporan profesional, notulensi rapat, dokumen analitis, dan presentasi proyek.
• Berkolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan kebijakan IT dan kontrol selaras dengan standar dan praktik terbaik yang berlaku.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop, review, and update IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation.
• Support IT Governance and IT General Control (ITGC) implementation, including User Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations, and Backup & Recovery.
• Document business processes, identify risks and controls, and prepare control matrices.
• Support IT audit and compliance activities by preparing supporting documentation and audit evidence.
• Assist in IT risk assessments, IT maturity assessments, and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Prepare professional reports, meeting minutes, analytical documents, and project presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT policies and controls align with applicable standards and best practices.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance, Technical Writer, IT Governance, or Policy & Procedure professional.
• Experience in IT Policy, IT Governance, IT General Control (ITGC), IT Audit, or IT Compliance projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and ITIL.
• Understanding of IT risk management, control mapping, control matrices, and audit documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
