Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Application Consultant ERP to join PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology. In this role, you will specialize in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Manufacturing Operations, focusing primarily on the SAP PP and SD modules. You will play a key part in enhancing SAP programs, managing daily SAP operations, and ensuring smooth incident and problem management. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia and a proactive approach to supporting SAP environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SAP Manufacturing Operation issues related to SAP PP and SD modules.
• Enhance SAP programs based on agreed solutions to improve business processes.
• Manage SAP operations including incident handling, service requests, problem management, and adherence to SLA.
• Perform SAP configuration, testing, and prepare detailed documentation.
• Report daily activities and operation status to the Team Leader.
• Support daily SAP operation activities to ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
