Job summary

PwC Consulting Indonesia is seeking an SAP AMS Manager to lead SAP engagements for enterprise clients, oversee service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across SAP landscapes. You will manage incidents, changes, and roadmaps while guiding a team of SAP consultants and coordinating with stakeholders to align outcomes with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in SAP implementation, AMS, managed services, or transformation environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments is advantageous.
• SAP certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP AMS engagements and support operations for enterprise clients.
• Managing service delivery performance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and providing strategic advisory support.
• Leading AMS transformation programs, service optimization initiatives, and SAP roadmap discussions.
• Managing incident, problem, change, and release management activities within SAP landscapes.
• Overseeing enhancement requests, minor project delivery, and application lifecycle management.
• Driving operational excellence across support, maintenance, and enhancement services.
• Managing and mentoring functional and technical SAP consultants.
• Supporting business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
