Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management Lead to drive end-to-end TM transformation programs for enterprise clients. The role combines deep SAP TM expertise with strong leadership and consulting skills to deliver business value across transport and logistics initiatives.

You will lead SAP TM/TMS implementations, coordinate multi-country deployments, mentor teams, and support business development with proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• 5+ years of SAP TM/TMS implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA TM programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, stakeholders, and project delivery.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex logistics transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Facilitate business workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Manage SAP TM configurations including transportation planning, carrier management, freight orders, tendering, charge management, and freight settlement.
• Drive integration with SAP SD, MM, EWM, FI, LBN, and third-party logistics platforms.
• Lead project teams, mentor consultants, and support talent development.
• Support business development activities including proposal creation, solutioning, and client presentations.
