PwC Indonesia Advisory is seeking an experienced SAP AMS Manager to lead engagements and oversee service delivery for enterprise clients. You will manage SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement, while building trusted client relationships and guiding AMS transformation programs across SAP roadmaps.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to mentor consultants and drive business development in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering.
• Significant experience in SAP AMS, managed services, or transformation environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements.

• Leading SAP AMS engagements and support operations for enterprise clients.

• Managing and mentoring functional and technical SAP consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments is advantageous.
• SAP certifications are considered a plus.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
