PwC Consulting Indonesia seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across diverse industries. You will manage delivery from initiation to go-live and hypercare, ensuring on-time, on-scope results.

Strong client management and cross-functional leadership are essential to success. The role requires extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP migrations, and complex program governance within a consulting context.

Qualifications

8–12 years of SAP consulting experience.
5+ years of SAP project management experience.
Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation programs.
Experience leading large teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and migration programs.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure successful delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
Manage project financials, forecasts, utilization, and commercial performance.
