Job summary

PT Mega Perintis Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a diligent Sample Room Coordinator to manage pre-production activities, pattern, marker, and sample process flow. You will review SR and WI before operations begin and coordinate multiple teams to meet timelines.

The role involves inputting marker costing, tracking samples across seasons, and ensuring fabric rejects are resolved. You will also support fittings with buyers and designers and propose SOP improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review SR & WI before pattern, marker, and sample processes begin
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor pattern, marker, and sample work
• Input marker costing, follow up production markers, and update marker and sample data
• Follow up dummy, production, photoshoot, and approval samples each season
• Check materials and shipping samples before dispatch
• Follow up fabric reject issues from Pemalang until resolved
• Conduct pre-production sample fittings with buyers and designers
• Coordinate with designers on development samples
• Give technical direction in the Sample Room to improve efficiency
• Propose new or improved product standards and related SOP changes
