Job summary

PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing in Bandung seeks a detail-oriented Product Development Follower to oversee the garment lifecycle from buyer concepts to final sample approval, bridging international buyers and internal production teams for on-time delivery.

You will create and update tech packs, oversee proto, fit, SMS and pre-production, participate in fit sessions, and communicate modifications to pattern makers and sample makers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Solid knowledge of garment construction and pattern flow.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with buyers to clarify product requirements and technical details.
• Create and update tech packs including BOMs and measurement charts.
• Oversee end-to-end sample development lifecycle (proto, fit, SMS, pre-production) to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Participate in fit sessions and convey modifications to pattern makers and sample makers.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandiser, Pattern Maker, QA, and Production teams for seamless execution.
• Manage sample tracking and timely dispatch of finalized samples to buyers for approval.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Follower to oversee the product lifecycle from initial buyer concepts to final sample approval. In this role, you will bridge communication between international buyers and internal production teams, ensuring sample accuracy, quality standards, and on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with buyers to clarify product requirements, design specifications, and technical details.

Creating and updating tech packs including specs, bill of materials (BOM), and measurement charts.

Overseeing the end-to-end sample development lifecycle (proto, fit, SMS, pre-production) to ensure adherence to quality and deadlines.

Actively participate in fit sessions, analyzing garment construction and conveying necessary modifications to pattern makers and sample makers.

Partner closely with internal Product Development, Merchandiser, Pattern Maker, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.

Manage sample tracking and ensure timely dispatch of finalized samples to buyers for approval.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Garment Product Development, Sample Development, or Merchandising.

Bachelor’s Degree (Fashion/Textile/Garment Manufacturing discipline preferred).

Solid knowledge of garment construction, pattern flow, trims, and raw materials.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel).
