Job summary

Sounds of sun, located in North Kuta, Bali, seeks a friendly Salon Reception to be the first point of contact for clients and to manage bookings and payments. Based on a full-time schedule, you will ensure the reception area is professional, welcoming and efficiently operated.

You will greet clients, handle reservations, answer calls, process payments, and provide information on services. English fluency and a professional appearance are essential, with training and staff discounts offered.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Salon Reception team member to join Sounds of sun on a full-time basis. Based in our North Kuta, Bali location, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression. This is a key position within our salon operations, where you will be responsible for managing client interactions, bookings, and ensuring our reception area operates smoothly and professionally. Your warm, organised, and proactive approach will be instrumental in enhancing the overall client experience and supporting the success of our salon.
