Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima is expanding its sales team to drive Pest Management in the warehouse sector. You will identify prospects, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to win long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales, with strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for field sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st degree in Marketing/Business Management or related field
• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience selling to companies is a plus
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, retail or related industries is a plus
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, communication and closing abilities

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new clients in the warehouse/gudang sector
• Identify companies with Pest Management needs for warehouses
• Build relationships with decision-makers and conduct presentations
• Coordinate visits, proposals, negotiations and closures with potential clients
• Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular reports on activity and targets

Job description

You will focus on business development in Pest Management for the warehouse/gudang sector, including identifying new prospects, building relationships with potential clients, conducting presentations and negotiations, and developing long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting and business development to acquire new clients from the warehouse/gudang sector
• Identify companies with Pest Management service needs for warehouse facilities
• Build and develop relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
• Conduct visits, presentations, and explanations of Pest Management solutions according to client needs
• Perform follow-up, negotiations, prepare proposals, and closing processes with potential clients
• Understand the needs and conditions of each warehouse to provide appropriate service solutions
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with acquired clientsCoordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed properly
• Monitor sales pipeline development and conduct regular follow-ups
• Prepare reports on sales activities, prospect development, and target achievement on a regular basis

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales B2B, Account Executive, Business Development, or Account Management
• Experience selling products or services to companies is a plus
• Experience or network in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or related industries is a plus
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Target and results-oriented
• Proactive, diligent, with problem-solving capabilities, and able to work independently and in teams
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and sales support applications
• Willing to conduct visits and field sales activities
