Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years in a financial company with a minimum of 1 year as area sales leader or sales trainer.
• Skills: sales training and creating training materials for promoters.
• Preferably staff with a focus on sales in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for sales promoters (hard and soft skills).
• Monitor performance of sales promoters.
