Job summary

Indodana is seeking a Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs for sales promoters in our financial services environment. You will train hard and soft skills, monitor promoter performance, and help optimize training materials.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or bachelor degree and at least 3 years in a financial company, with at least 1 year as an area sales leader or trainer. This role focuses on building capabilities across the sales team.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
