Indodana, a leading fintech platform, is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training for sales promoters. The role will assess promoter performance and ensure competency through audits, helping the business scale its credit marketplace in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial services with hands-on experience in sales training and materials development, and will join a fast-growing team in Makassar.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years in a financial company with a minimum of 1 year as area sales leader or sales trainer.
• Skills: sales training and creating training materials for promoters.
• Preferably staff with a focus on sales in financial services.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
