Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales training, sales coaching, or a similar L&D role.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance improvement through training initiatives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales fundamentals — prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Experience designing training modules, role-plays, and evaluation tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on training impact.
• Energetic, engaging, and adaptable training style.
• Willing to work full-time from Lippo Karawaci office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs tailored to Education Consultants at Sempoa SIP.
• Identify skill gaps in the sales team through observation, data, and feedback, then build targeted training solutions to close them.
• Train consultants on effective sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing strategies to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Conduct onboarding training for new Education Consultants to get them selling-ready quickly.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion rate, sales cycle length, and consultant performance.
• Coach and mentor consultants one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning and drive behavior change.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations leaders to align training content with business targets and current market needs.
• Continuously update training materials, role-play scenarios, and sales scripts to keep them relevant and effective.
• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and team performance improvements.

In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that sharpen the sales capabilities of our Education Consultants at Sempoa SIP, helping them close deals faster, communicate value more effectively, and consistently hit their targets.

Requirements
