Job summary

Sempoa SIP Group is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role focuses on designing and delivering sales training to empower Coaches (Teachers) and Education Consultants, as well as Admin staff and other group employees.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, quality control of training outcomes, and reporting. Travel to branches is required; based in Tangerang or nearby areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
• 1–2 years of experience in sales training
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Able to develop training curricula and materials

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales-related training for Coaches, Education Consultants, Admin staff and other employees
• Develop training curricula and prepare training materials/assets (modules, slides, supporting media)
• Conduct QC on training delivery and outcomes to ensure quality standards
• Identify training needs across divisions/branches
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs with measurable outcomes and monitor results
• Coordinate with HR/Learning Development/Operations/Branches on training schedules and report progress
