Job summary

Sempoa SIP Group is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role focuses on designing and delivering sales training to empower Coaches (Teachers) and Education Consultants, as well as Admin staff and other group employees.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, quality control of training outcomes, and reporting. Travel to branches is required; based in Tangerang or nearby areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
• 1–2 years of experience in sales training
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Able to develop training curricula and materials

Job Description

Sales & Training Delivery

Design and deliver sales-related training primarily for Coaches (Teachers) and Education Consultants, as well as Admin staff and other Sempoa SIP Group employees as needed.

Curriculum & Module Development

Develop training curricula and prepare training materials/assets (modules, slides, supporting media).

Quality Control

Conduct QC on training delivery and outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.

Training Needs Analysis

Identify training needs across divisions/branches.

Performance Evaluation

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs with measurable outcomes, and monitor real-world implementation results to continuously prove and improve program impact.

Reporting & Coordination

Coordinate with HR/Learning Development/Operations/Branches on training schedules, and prepare periodic training reports.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), any major.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field (Sales Trainer).

Strong public speaking, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Able to structure and develop training curricula and materials.

Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate others.

Willing to travel to branches when required.

Based in Tangerang or surrounding areas (preferred).
