Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead the sales team, monitor activities, and report to the Branch Manager. The role focuses on achieving targets, analyzing SAP data, and coordinating promotions across dealers.

The ideal candidate has a marketing/management background with 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Marketing or Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience as assistant branch manager in home appliances/electronics or related field.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and projected profit.
• Supervise all sales team.
• Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
• Track and monitor day-to-day sales activity and report to Branch Manager.
• Track and analyze sales data pulled from SAP.
• Create and monitor sales forecast.
• Visit dealers and random checks on dealer conditions.
• Coordinate and communicate across departments to follow up sales promotions at all dealers.
• Provide ideas for sales improvement based on sales data analysis.
