Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a manufacturing client in Tangerang to recruit a Sales Export Staff. The role covers the full export sales process, strengthening overseas accounts and coordinating with design, engineering, and production teams to meet implementation schedules.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong Business English proficiency and at least 3 years of Sales Export experience in the Cable industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Business English proficiency required.
• Min. 3 years of Sales Export experience in the Cable industry.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and provide regular reports.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to pricing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process for assigned export accounts, from enquiry and proposal through to contract execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing overseas customers and grow volume.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure product implementation schedules are met.
• Work with the sales administration team to ensure contract delivery schedules and export documentation are on track.
• Act as the main PIC for customer complaints, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Provide regular sales and order status reports to management.
• Other tasks assigned.
