Job summary

GLT Sourcing is seeking a qualified professional in Jakarta Pusat to accompany Japanese sales staff to client meetings, provide interpretation support, and help prepare proposals and materials. The role also involves supporting customers during service implementation and coordinating between the Japan headquarters and the Indonesia team.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher), and prior client-facing or sales-support experience.

• Experience in client-facing roles, sales support, interpretation, or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Accompany Japanese sales staff to client meetings and provide interpretation support.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and explanatory materials.
• Support customers during service implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate between the Japan headquarters and the Indonesia local team.
• Conduct selected inside sales activities for new client acquisition.

Preferred:

• Experience selling SaaS or IT services
• Sales experience within the manufacturing sector
• JLPT N1
