Job summary

Epiroc in Balikpapan, Indonesia seeks a Sales Administration/Data Analyst to maintain the aftermarket database, generate insights from CRM data, and support forecasting and marketing information efforts. The role collaborates with sales and marketing to ensure accurate data for strategic decisions.

Required is a bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–3 years in sales administration or order processing. Exposure to aftermarket products and basic financial concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in sales administration, order processing, or customer support.
• Experience with quotation preparation, order entry, and delivery follow-ups.
• Knowledge of aftermarket products, parts, and service solutions.
• Basic financial awareness: pricing, discounts, and terms.
• Attention to detail with accurate administrative tasks.
• Problem-solving to identify and resolve order processing issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the IDD aftermarket database including NIS records, call plans/reports, site visit reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates for decision-making.
• Manage and improve marketing information databases and merchandising programs.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure data aligns with business objectives.
• Consolidate forecast data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Validate forecast information to ensure accuracy for planning.

Information Analysis

• Manage and continuously improve marketing information databases and merchandising programs.
• Conduct analysis on:
  • New Installed Sales (NIS) performance
  • CRM data and customer trends
  • Fleet Machine Operating Life (MOL) performance
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Information Support

• Support marketing information initiatives and business targets through:
  • Sales Pipeline maintenance and reporting
  • Fleet MOL data updates and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure the availability, accuracy, and alignment of information with business objectives.
• Consolidate forecast data from multiple internal and external sources.

Forecasting Support

• Validate forecast information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute forecast reports to support operational and strategic planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Sales Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or Aftermarket Operations are considered a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer support, preferably in industrial or aftermarket products.
• Proven ability to handle quotation preparation, order entry, and delivery follow-ups accurately and efficiently.
• Understanding of Aftermarket Products: Knowledge of parts, service solutions, and maintenance programs.
• Basic Financial Awareness: Ability to interpret pricing structures, discounts, and commercial terms.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in order processing and resolve them promptly.
