Job summary

GLT Sourcing in Indonesia seeks a Japanese-speaking Sales Support professional to assist the sales team, engage with clients, and coordinate with international teams. You will accompany Japanese staff to meetings and provide interpretation, while preparing proposals and materials for client engagements.

The role involves supporting service implementation, rolling out new solutions, and pursuing select inside sales activities to acquire new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Business-level Japanese communication, JLPT N2 or higher.
• Experience in client-facing roles, sales support, interpretation, or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Accompany Japanese sales staff to client meetings and provide interpretation support.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and explanatory materials.
• Support customers during service implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate between the Japan headquarters and the Indonesia local team.

• Experience selling SaaS or IT services
• Sales experience within the manufacturing sector
• JLPT N1
