Job summary

JAC Recruitment seeks an Interpreter & Sales Support - Japanese Speaker to bridge Japanese and Indonesian teams while supporting sales documentation and customer demos. This onsite role is based in Jakarta and requires strong Japanese language skills and sales administration experience.

You will handle translations, assist with orders and contracts, prepare product samples, and help demonstrate products to customers and partners. ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• JLPT N3 level or higher in Japanese.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Japanese translator or interpreter.
• Experience in sales administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience communicating with Japanese-speaking customers, suppliers, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide translation and interpretation between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
• Support communication between Japanese-speaking colleagues, customers, and local employees on business-related matters.
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including purchase orders, delivery orders, contracts, customer registration forms, and other supporting documents.

The Interpreter & Sales Support - Japanese Speaker role combines Japanese-language communication with sales administration and customer support responsibilities. This onsite position offers an opportunity to facilitate communication among Japanese-speaking and Indonesian-speaking stakeholders while supporting sales documentation, product samples, and customer demonstrations.

Requirements
