PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia invites a proactive Sales Support specialist to join our team in Batulicin, South Kalimantan. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery, while training in Jakarta.
This role requires D3/S1 in a related field, strong communication, and ability to work across teams. Fluency in Indonesian and good English are assets; heavy equipment knowledge is a plus; placement in Batulicin with Jakarta
Handle customer inquiries and respond according to SLA.
Prepare and send quotations to prospective customers.
Manage warranty & claims: record-keeping, coordinate follow-up actions, and reporting.
Track order status and monitor shipment processes until delivery on time.
Coordinate closely with the logistics team to expedite shipments and resolve outstanding orders.
Prepare periodic data reports (Excel) related to sales, shipments, claims, and relevant KPIs.
Analyze sales success and lost deals to provide insights for process improvement.
Provide direct support to the sales team: customer follow-ups, scheduling, and preparation of sales documents.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and proposal materials when needed.
Initiate measures to improve customer satisfaction and propose service improvements.
Communicate with internal and external parties.
Qualifications & skills:
Minimum education: D3/S1 in a related field preferred.
Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics is a plus.
Good communication, organized, responsive, and able to collaborate across teams.
Analytical skills to identify causes of lost deals and provide recommendations.
Fluent in Indonesian; active English ability is an advantage.
Willing to coordinate intensively with logistics and sales; placement in Cakung / East Jakarta if required.
Familiarity with heavy equipment products (dump truck, mining truck, crane, excavator) is advantageous.
Willing to be placed in Batulicin, South Kalimantan, but will have training in Jakarta first
