Job summary

PT. Bumi Tangerang Coklat Utama is seeking an energetic Sales HORECA professional to grow market share for chocolate paste products across agents, distributors, bakeries, hotels, and food service channels in Tangerang and beyond.

You will conduct visits, present products, negotiate prices, and build lasting relationships with customers while traveling to client sites. The role emphasizes target achievement, strong networking, and ability to canvass new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA (high school) education, all majors.
• Experience marketing chocolate paste or baking ingredients is preferred.
• Experience selling to agents, distributors, bakery stores, cafés, hotels, restaurants or food industries.
• Networking in bakery and food service fields is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven with a focus on sales achievements.
• Able to canvass and visit customers.
• Prefer SIM A/C and personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel for business.

Job description

This is a Sales HORECA position focused on marketing and increasing sales of chocolate paste products. You will develop markets across agents, distributors, baking supply stores, bakeries, pastry shops, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food industries.

Key responsibilities

• Market and increase sales of chocolate paste/chocolate paste products
• Develop markets to agents, distributors, baking supply stores, bakeries, pastry shops, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food industries
• Find new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Conduct visits and product presentations to prospective customers
• Develop networks of agents and baking supply stores
• Provide product information, conduct price negotiations, and follow up on customer needs
• Create activity reports and sales achievement reports on a regular basis

About you

• Minimum education: SMA (high school), all majors
• Preferred: experience marketing chocolate paste, chocolate paste, filling, compound chocolate or baking raw materials
• Experience selling products to agents, distributors, bakery stores/baking supply stores, bakeries, cafés, hotels, restaurants or food industries
• Network/customer network in the bakery and food service field is a major added value
• Communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills
• Target-oriented and focused on sales achievement
• Able to conduct canvassing and customer visits
• Preferred: SIM A/C and personal vehicle
• Willing to conduct business travel/visits to customer areas
