Job summary

PT. Deli Group Indonesia is seeking a motivated graduate to join its sales team in North Jakarta. You will develop distributor and customer relationships, promote Deli Tools products, and support achieving sales targets.

The role requires willingness to travel for business, strong communication, and a long-term interest in a sales career. Fresh graduates (2026) are welcome and immediate joiners preferred. Onsite work at Sunter, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
• 2026 fresh graduates are welcome; candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
• Understanding of Tools, hardware, or industrial products sales and distribution is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for professional business communication.
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Outgoing personality with a strong interest in building a long-term career in sales.
• Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Sunter, North Jakarta.
• Willing to visit customers and distributors regularly and travel for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for Deli Tools products.
• Promote product features, benefits, and new product launches.
• Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer and distributor visits.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and product distribution.
