Unicodecreative is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our Business Development team in Indonesia. You will reach out to business owners, manage the sales pipeline, present Unicode Creative digital solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients.

You will collaborate with technical architects to structure proposals and pricing, track opportunities in CRM, and maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales Representative to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, managing the sales pipeline, presenting Unicode Creative digital solutions, and converting prospective leads into satisfied long-term clients.

Responsibilities & Key Duties

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and reach out to target businesses across Indonesia
• Conduct digital solution presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Collaborate closely with technical architects to structure proposal scopes and pricing
• Manage sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM software
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster renewals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus)
• Results-driven mindset with strong self-motivation and goal orientation
• Comfortable using digital productivity tools (CRM, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email)
• Eager to learn about IT architectures, custom software, ERP/POS systems, and cloud stacks
• Fresh graduates from any major with passion for technology sales are warmly welcome
