Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Sales Quality Assurance professional to review customer interactions, including calls and chats, and ensure data accuracy across CRM records and pricing documentation.

You will identify quality gaps, prepare regular QA reports, and collaborate with Sales Trainer and Operations to implement improvements and drive compliant, high-quality sales performance.

Your Day-to-Day

• Review and assess sales calls, chats, pitches, and other customer interactions
• Check customer data, CRM records,Payment Collection documentation, pricing, and other required information for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and categorize quality issues, compliance gaps, and critical findings.
• Prepare regular QA reports and communicate findings to Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Trainer, Operations, and other relevant teams on improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Understanding of sales processes and experience or background in sales.
• Good understanding of customer communication, sales approaches, and sales performance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or quality gaps.
• Ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
• Previous experience in Sales QA is a plus, particularly experience reviewing chat follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales pitches.
• Experience in data compliance, quality control, or process improvement is an advantage.
