Job summary

Indodana in Ambon is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive area targets and maintain strong relationships with merchants and PIC stores. You will ensure programs run smoothly and meet sales targets, placing POP materials and coordinating with partner teams.

You will lead a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor daily activities, and conduct field training and refreshers to boost field performance.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area; good communication and social media marketing skills
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
• Able to work shifting
• Placement : Ambon

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
• Daily visit to merchant and build good relationships with PIC store
• Ensure programs in the area run well and sales targets are met
• To ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information on sales, competitors, and field issues
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters
