Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a capable sales supervisor to manage regional targets and lead field teams. You will visit merchants daily, foster strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure programs meet sales goals. You will coordinate with partner teams to gather market insights and oversee 15–20 promoters.

The role requires leadership, good communication, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel, with shift flexibility to cover field schedules.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage team and area, good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.
