Job summary

PT UIGET BRAND MANAGEMENT in Jakarta is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to join Uiget Jakarta, supporting existing B2B client relationships and driving project execution end-to-end.

You will coordinate client requirements, drawings, material specs, and quotations, oversee production coordination, installation, and final handover, with English communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in listed fields.
• Basic knowledge of architectural concepts and ability to read drawings using AutoCAD.
• Experience in custom furniture manufacturing, interior fit-outs, or related industries.
• Good English communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

We’re looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team at Uiget Jakarta.

Key Highlights

• No Cold Calling: You will focus on maintaining and managing relationships with existing B2B clients and handling provided sales leads.
• Project Execution: Oversee projects—from client requirements, drawings, material specs, and quotations, to production coordination, installation, and final handover.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Furniture Design, or Marketing with relevant industry experience.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of architectural/technical concepts and proficiency in reading drawings using AutoCAD.
• Industry Background: Experience in custom furniture manufacturing, interior fit-outs, retail showroom fit-outs, display fixtures, or custom material fabrication (wood, metal, acrylic, glass).
• Languages & Skills: Good English communication skills with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
