• Interest in developing partner relationships and commercial networks

• Fluent professional Bahasa Indonesia and working conversational English

Responsibilities

• Monitor new inquiries and conduct additional qualification of clients and partners when necessary
• Transfer qualified inquiries to appropriate team members and ensure the process keeps moving
• Work with CRM: maintain contacts, statuses, tasks, and next steps
• Work with the partner channel: first contact, communication, relationship development, and regular follow-up with the partner database
• Help expand the partner database and identify additional potential partners when necessary
• Collect information about new projects, completed cases, client feedback, and company news
• Support basic SMM activities: coordinate contractors, work with Instagram and other channels, monitor comments and incoming activity, and help collect materials for publication
• Help keep ongoing commercial and marketing tasks organized
